1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hdb88 ("hdb88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hdb88 website located at hdb88.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the hdb88 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hdb88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hdb88 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. 18+
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh or your applicable jurisdiction.
• Residential Status: You confirm that you are accessing hdb88 from a location where online casino and sports betting services are not prohibited by applicable local legislation.
• Not a hdb88 Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of hdb88 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
• Not Self-Excluded: You confirm that you have not previously self-excluded from hdb88 or any other gambling platform during a currently active self-exclusion period.

Age Verification

hdb88 employs a rigorous age verification process. At any point — including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion — hdb88 may request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be suspended. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all funds held will be assessed in accordance with applicable regulations, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of hdb88 services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number associated with your preferred mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active hdb88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hdb88 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, hdb88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus funds or winnings accrued, and withhold withdrawal of remaining balances pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hdb88 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. hdb88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. All actions performed through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are deemed to be your actions and your responsibility. Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. hdb88 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hdb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. hdb88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your hdb88 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• hdb88 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are independent of hdb88 and are your responsibility.
• hdb88 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• All deposit funds must be from legitimate, lawful sources. hdb88 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to their verified source.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad averages 15 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, identity verification (KYC) must be completed to the satisfaction of hdb88's compliance team. hdb88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed, suspended, or refused if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• hdb88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions. For other methods, applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

hdb88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to the 200% Welcome Bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible for the hdb88 200% Welcome Bonus. A deposit of ৳1,000 generates ৳2,000 in bonus funds, crediting ৳3,000 total playable balance to the account. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.

Wagering Requirements

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• hdb88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• hdb88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. hdb88 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility for any account at its sole discretion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the hdb88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gaming purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one hdb88 player account for any purpose, including circumventing responsible gaming limits or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to accumulate winnings or funds that would not otherwise be available. Winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using hdb88 in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. hdb88 complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account closure and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to access or operate your hdb88 account, or accessing another player's account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

hdb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is an employee, director, or close family member of hdb88 or its partners.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.
• Inactivity: accounts with zero balance that have been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your hdb88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. hdb88 will attempt to notify the registered contact details associated with the account prior to closure. Any remaining real-money balance at the point of dormancy-triggered closure will be held in trust for a period of 12 months, during which the player may reclaim it by contacting support and completing identity verification. After this 12-month holding period, unclaimed balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdb88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the hdb88 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to internet connectivity interruptions beyond hdb88's reasonable control.
• Technical malfunctions, server outages, or software errors, provided hdb88 acts promptly to remedy such issues upon notification.
• Decisions made by game random-number generators, which are independently audited and operate without hdb88 intervention.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Platform Availability

hdb88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond hdb88's control. hdb88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable, particularly during peak usage periods such as BPL finals or major T20 international fixtures.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hdb88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hdb88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
